You can now see a breakdown of your heart rate training zones when viewing your activity data. The app shows time spent in zones 1-3 (lower intensity) and zones 4-5 (higher intensity), helping you better understand your workout patterns.
Improved subscription syncing
The app now automatically detects when you make subscription changes through the App Store, ensuring your access and features stay up-to-date without needing to restart the app.
Better sleep data accuracy
We fixed an issue where sleep regularity data could appear before we had enough information for the day. The app now waits until we have actual sleep data before showing your sleep regularity metrics.
Updated subscription language
We've refined how we talk about subscriptions in the settings to be clearer and more accurate for all users.
