In 2025, we (Nick & Tom) set out to build the simplest way to understand your biological age. As health enthusiasts glued to our wearables, we were frustrated. Our devices collected mountains of data, but gave us nothing actionable. We wanted a tool that transforms the data we already have into insights that actually help us live longer, healthier lives.

reThrive is bootstrapped and self-funded. We have no affiliations with wearable manufacturers, supplement brands, or nutrition companies. No hidden agendas, no sponsored advice. When we recommend something, it's because the science supports it.
