Meet the founders

Tom
Tom built his own longevity tracking system years before reThrive existed. What started as a personal obsession with understanding his own health data turned into something bigger: a system that helped him reduce his biological age by more than 10 years. That system became the foundation of what reThrive is today.
He publishes everything openly: biomarkers (VO2max, RHR, HRV, LBMI), nutrition protocols, supplement stacks, wearable comparisons, and race results. As a competitive triathlete, he treats his own body as a testing ground and documents what actually works. His articles on wearable accuracy and longevity protocols have helped others navigate the same questions he once had.
At reThrive, Tom leads growth and community. He believes that building a product people love is only part of the equation. The other part is bringing people together around a shared mission: living longer, healthier lives. That's why community is at the heart of everything reThrive does.

Nick
Nick is a technical leader who's spent his career building systems that handle serious scale. As former VP of Platform Architecture at Genesis Global, he led backend engineering teams and architected high-volume, low-latency platforms for fintech and sports betting.
He's also a serial builder. Over the years, Nick has shipped 13+ products, including multiple SaaS applications. Developers might know him from BootboxJS, his open-source library with over 5,000 GitHub stars.
When he's not coding, you'll find him on two wheels. Nick is an avid cyclist who uses his own rides to stress-test what we build.
At reThrive, Nick leads product and engineering, turning complex health algorithms into something that just works.
